Big Tomatoes:

Beefsteak—Indeterminate—9-12 oz. fruit perfect for slicing with a mild flavor

Big Boy—Indeterminate. Large smooth fruit, meaty and great flavor

Big Beef—Indeterminate. 10-12 oz. fruit smooth tomatoes with old-time flavor

Medium Size Tomatoes:

Better Boy—12 to 16 oz. fruit perfect for slicing

Celebrity—Determinate. 8 to 12 oz. fruit with incredible taste.

Best Boy-Indeterminate. 8-11 oz. fruit on a compact plant. Great flavor on an early tomato.

Chef Choice Orange-Indeterminate. 9-12 oz. fruit with old-fashioned taste and don’t crack

Pasta Tomatoes

Roma-Determinate. Compact vines yield 3” oblong fruit. Solid with few seeds.

Classica—Determinate--like a Roma only bigger fruit.

San Marzano—Indeterminate. An Italian favorite for sauces, canning and drying.

Small Tomatoes

Grape—Indeterminate. Crack-resistant and tolerant to heat.

Yellow Pear- Indeterminate. Abundant producer of small sweet pear-shaped fruit.

Cherry—Sweet 100- Indeterminate. Small round fruit in clusters.

Sun Gold—Indeterminate. Very sweet, bright orange cherry tomatoes.

Sun Sugar—Indeterminate. An orange cherry tomato with crack resistance.

Sweet Peppers

Banana Pepper-6” banana shaped fruit that are yellow but will turn red if left on

Jupiter—jumbo size green bell pepper

California Wonder—blocky peppers great for stuffing. Change from green to red

Orange Blaze—2-3-lobed peppers about 3-4 inches long and 1 ½ inches wide

Orange Sun—4-5” bright orange fruit

Big Red—3-4-lobed blocky large red peppers

Yum Yum—nearly seedless, great for lunchboxes, tangerine, red and yellow color

Sweet Roaster—6-7 inch long and 1 ½ inches in width, matures from green to red

Mama Mia—Bright yellow-gold Italian type sweet peppers 7-9 inches long

Anaheim—mild chili pepper

Hot Peppers

Jalapeno—Fiery, thick-walled peppers grow 3 inches long.

Emerald Fire—Extra large and tasty jalapenos about 4 inches long

*Note: Our peppers did not germinate very well so we will have very few to choose from! Hopefully we can get this corrected by next year!
